However, this is not the correct email address as listed on our business cardsThe business cards that were given to Mrs [redacted] list the following email address: "@victorylawoffice.comMrs [redacted] called the office requesting additional documentation from our office regarding the validity of her marriage, which was made available to her and she picked upAgain, Mrs [redacted] was informed of the required documentation to complete her application, and she informed us that she would bring the documents to our officeI had also spoken to Mrs [redacted] over the phone regarding the required documentation and emailed her a listHowever, she never sent in any documentsInstead, Mrs [redacted] called the office wanting to speak to me regarding the status of her applicationShe was told by staff members that we were still waiting on the required documentation which she had failed to provideI returned Mrs [redacted] 's phone call within an hour of her call and she was demanding a refund while acknowledging that she has yet to provide us the required documentation for her application Our office has reached out to Mrs [redacted] multiple times, wherein she informed us that she still wants to continue the caseJust recently, following this complaint, I reached out to her to resolve this issue and we did offer her a refund
I went to Victory Law and was very satisfied with their serviceThey are extremely professional and have excellent customer care Not only did they take care of my case, they actually made me feel better overall about my entire situation Sometimes life issues can get the best of you but its great to know that there are people who will stand by you to help in times of needThank you to all of the friendly staff that helped me during my hardest times I recommend this law firm to everyone because I know that you will be taken care of
In early October I scheduled an appointment and visited Victory Law Office for an immigration issueIt was not a complicated one but since I didn't want to spend time for the whole process I wanted to work with an attorney In the office, first, a paralegal asked me many questions and I spent about minutes to answer his questions because he was a Spanish speaking man and seemed he didn't understand English very well Finally, he said he needed to call an attorneyI was surprised because I thought he was the attorney, himselfThen, he returned with a male attorney, who asked me the same questions as the paralegal didHowever, he obviously seemed unconfident/unknowledgeable about immigration casesHe sounded like he was a new graduate from the law schoolAs I asked him questions about my case he two times said, "let me see what the law says" as he grabbed a huge immigration law book from the shelf my case was a very simple case and any attorney should be able to easily handle itI spent more minutes to explain the issue/case to this young very inexperienced attorney Finally, at the end of our conversation he told me that he needed to make research and would call me back within two or three daysWe never talked about the cost and the charges throughout our conversation I've been waiting for a call from this young attorney since then and nobody has called me with a positive or negative answerI called the office twice and the receptionist asked me to leave a message for himI did so and asked him to call me back However, again he never returned my calls and told me if he would take my caseI wanted to speak with the director/manager of the office and the secretary said that there was not a director to address our concerns and complaints
