I had a very complex immigration case that multiple attorneys turned down because they felt it was to much work and likely won't be approved, when I was referred to Victory Law Office I scheduled a free consultation with the mindset that I would be turned away once again, but I was completely wrong the owner sat me down and walked me through the process and informed me she will assist throughout my entire process and make herself available to personally attend interviews and answer any questions I haveI was informed that I would receive my green card within months but I had it within days due to Victory Law Offices expertise and integrationTHANK YOU I will be a life long client

In early October I scheduled an appointment and visited Victory Law Office for an immigration issue. It was not a complicated one but since I didn't want to spend time for the whole process I wanted to work with an attorney.
In the office, first, a paralegal asked me many questions and I spent about 30 minutes to answer his questions because he was a Spanish speaking man and seemed he didn't understand English very well.

Finally, he said he needed to call an attorney. I was surprised because I thought he was the attorney, himself. Then, he returned with a male attorney, who asked me the same questions as the paralegal did. However, he obviously seemed unconfident/unknowledgeable about immigration cases. He sounded like he was a new graduate from the law school. As I asked him questions about my case he two times said, "let me see what the law says" as he grabbed a huge immigration law book from the shelf my case was a very simple case and any attorney should be able to easily handle it. I spent 30 more minutes to explain the issue/case to this young very inexperienced attorney.

Finally, at the end of our conversation he told me that he needed to make research and would call me back within two or three days. We never talked about the cost and the charges throughout our conversation.

I've been waiting for a call from this young attorney since then and nobody has called me with a positive or negative answer. I called the office twice and the receptionist asked me to leave a message for him. I did so and asked him to call me back. However, again he never returned my calls and told me if he would take my case. I wanted to speak with the director/manager of the office and the secretary said that there was not a director to address our concerns and complaints.

Mrs. [redacted] retained Victory Law Office, P.C. to represent her in an immigration matter. In consideration to the Attorney-Client Privilege some specifics will not be mentioned. At the time Mrs. [redacted] was retained, she was given a list...

of required documents necessary to complete her application. Mrs. [redacted] claims to have sent some of the required documents to "@victorylaw.com." However, this is not the correct email address as listed on our business cards. The business cards that were given to Mrs. [redacted] list the following email address: "@victorylawoffice.com. Mrs. [redacted] called the office requesting additional documentation from our office regarding the validity of her marriage, which was made available to her and she picked up. Again, Mrs. [redacted] was informed of the required documentation to complete her application, and she informed us that she would bring the documents to our office. I had also spoken to Mrs. [redacted] over the phone regarding the required documentation and emailed her a list. However, she never sent in any documents. Instead, Mrs. [redacted] called the office wanting to speak to me regarding the status of her application. She was told by staff members that we were still waiting on the required documentation which she had failed to provide. I returned Mrs. [redacted]'s phone call within an hour of her call and she was demanding a refund while acknowledging that she has yet to provide us the required documentation for her application.
Our office has reached out to Mrs. [redacted] multiple times, wherein she informed us that she still wants to continue the case. Just recently, following this complaint, I reached out to her to resolve this issue and we did offer her a refund.
