There is a late fee that must be paid if the student does not pay the promised amount by the time they were given.This is put in writing at the time of enrollment and mentioned to the student any misunderstanding can be discussed

I am rejecting this response because: the lady never mentioned any late payment when I signed up for the school and nothing I have from them mentions any late feesI already tried to resolve this with them over the phone and nothing was done

I have submitted the evidence that was provided in writing to the student and acknowledged and agreed by the student.
