My college was invited to apply for "Military Friendly" status in February 2016 and a lengthy survey was submitted in March to which we did not receive a response.
A new staff member from [redacted] contacted me in May to invite us to submit a new application. No response to the status of the current application has ever been provided.
It's curious that a private company -and not a branch of the military- has the ability to determine whether institutions of higher education are military friendly or not.
