This is Theo the General Manager at Larchmont Mitsubishi. I was first notified about this issue the morning of 9/** when Mitsubishi reached out to me. If this issue was reported to Mitsubishi at anytime they would've called me sooner but this was the first call I received. Apparently when we...

grounded the vehicle with Mitsubishi on July [redacted] the Odometer was missing the date which for whatever reason kept the vehicle in limbo. Mitsubishi knew we had the vehicle, even sent their third party company to inspect the car to so they can resale it, all this prior to 9/**. [redacted] actually just visited our dealership about an hour before I was notified about this Revdex.com complaint. I had him sign a new odometer statement and a letter telling Mitsubishi we indeed took the vehicle back on July [redacted] and we then faxed it to Mitsubishi. I gave him a copy of the letter along with the Fax authentication showing it went through. By no means did we benefit by this vehicle sitting on our lot, as a matter of fact it took up space if anything. Unfortunately Mitsubishi takes over a month on average to pickup their lease returns so we were completely unaware there was an issue until now. I apologized for the inconvenience and gave [redacted] my cell phone number in case he needs me for anything further.

Review: I gave my wife the funds to procure CT license plates from the dealership. That was 2-3 weeks ago. She's contacted the dealership several times. With no results. I believe this dealership is utilizing bad business practices.Desired Settlement: CT license plates and all pertinent paper work for the vehicle .
