My name is [redacted] and I expressed how happy I was with my moving experience to the movers of Victory Moving and Storage and was asked to share hereDue to some unfortunate events that occurred in our lives, we were forced to re-locateI was contacted by a nice young lady at Victory that answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable about my moveI was scared as I have never used a professional mover and I was extremely satisfiedI could have hugged them and kissed them if I could! They did a wonderful job and I recommend them highlyJob#VXXXXXX

I was in the military and have had smoother government moves than the one I had here
The movers themselves were very nice and pleasant; but the company representative (*** **) stated to me in an email that they (V**) are the movers, when in fact they are the brokers - found this out when I went to make a claim for the broken furniture and itemsI was also told that my items would stay on the truck that was packed, but according to the actual moving company, they always go to the warehouse to unload and then reload onto another truck (another person's items were already packed in the back of the truck)The warehouse is where I believe that most of my plastic totes (most were the heavy duty material) were broken completely - and then taped back up, or cracked/damaged and made unusableI have a couple of pieces of furniture that are now in different pieces from how they were originally assembled
The movers that unloaded my household goods, were nice, but after they were done - asked the strangest questionCould they use my bathroom to shower and clean up in?! I politely told them I wasn't comfortable with that, and they understood, but what a strange question! And not very professional
I wouldn't have used them if I had known that they were not the actual moving company but brokers for a moving companyBy the time I found out, it was too late and I needed to be out of my old house and on the way to my new job - cross country
The people at V** were nice enough, when I could get a hold of anyonePersistence is the word when trying to get in touch with the officeOh and make sure that they know if you will be paying with a credit card on both endsThe movers on the pick up side knew I had a CC to payThe movers on this side called me to tell me that I needed to either have a cashiers check for the remaining bill (over $3000) or cashI had to run out and find a fax machine that I could get the credit card form and fax it back with my signature on the day my HHGs were arrivingThis was additional stress that I didn't need during a move
Over all, I'm disappointed that I was lied too by the representative

Moving from Florida to Colorado took days During this time, over phone calls and several emails to Victory Moving and Storage and to National Moving Group (the broker) requesting delivery information resulted in endless excuses and outright lies We were told repeatedly that the van was loaded and on the road and we would get a call from the driver in three to five days Four days later when we would call for an update we would be told that the truck would be loaded in a few days When asked for the physical location of the furniture, they refused to disclose it Forty-six days later, after several requests for the final invoice in writing and after Victory's credibility had been completely destroyed endless series of lies, we received an invoice by email (which was also different from the one the driver produced at delivery) The invoice contained a "more than feet" charge that was not disclosed at pick up and an undocumented overweight charge The list could go on and on, every week was a new and different story Some of the furniture arrived with damages Stay away from this company

This company is terrible, I would not recommending using them. I used them in early September of 2015 for a move from Phoenix to Virginia. They lied to me during the sales and contract process. First, I asked many times if the loaders and drivers were Victory employees or contract employees. I was told that they were all Victory employees. When the loaders and driver showed up, they were all contract. During the sales process, I was told that my load would stay on the truck and would not get offloaded and reloaded again which was important to me. This too was a lie and they offloaded my belongings in Las Vegas and reloaded for the final destination. As a result, they lost several items of mine including a $1,400 treadmill console. The customer service was terrible and when I called to see when my stuff would arrive, I was told they would call the driver and call me back and they never did. It took me getting nasty before I finally got an ETA on my belonging. When the truck finally arrive, it was a man and a woman and the no other laborers showed up for several hours which meant that I had to help them or risk damaging items or taking forever.
