I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business  claims they made every attempt to fix the problem? They did a horrible  job on the mirror. If I didn't  say anything, they would not either. They were going to  give it to me that way. They damaged my frame to no repair. All they did was take a marker and go over the deep scratches. If you can even call them scratches. They were very deep. There is gashes all over and around the mirror.  Because you put white marker will now do anything at all. They are taking no responsibility  on the horrible mirror which was their job and on top of it damaging my property.  Horrible customer support.

attempt to cover the scratches she claims we made that were inside of the mirror.The customer was still not satisfied. We feel we made every attempt to satisfy the demands of the customer.

Hi. They refunded me for the actual glass mirror that I paid in advance. They did a horrible  job  on their work accompanied  by  them also damaging my frame. They need to refund me for the actual  damage they caused the frame $250. All they credited was up-front cost of the mirror.
