*** *** first purchased his car from us in March He had 59,miles on the car.He brought the vehicle back in May with 62,miles on it.He had driven the car for months and 2,miles.The customer had no warranty on the vehicle since he choose not to purchase one for
it. The car had a twisted axle shaft on itThe car would not moveAlthough something like this does not happen with driving, as a goodwill gesture we paid for part of the repair for the customer.*** *** comes back in February with 69,miles on itHe has now owned the vehicle for months and driven it 9, miles on itHe has the same concern with the vehicle, a broken rear axleThe same one we replacedAlthough*** *** feels it should be covered under a parts warrantyIt is clear that this happened from aggressive drivingthis time as well as back in MarchThe tires were worn and there was evidence of rubber pieces around the rear wheel wellswhich is evidence of aggressive drivingAs far as my techncian not torquing the bolts properly,if that was the case *** ***would not have been able to drive the vehicle another 7,miles without at least hearing some sort of noise or or feelinga vibration with the vehicleWith this being said I feel there is no cause for a reimbursement for *** ***. We feel that with the evidence presented it shows that the vehicle was driven in an abusive manner.Not only do we see evidence of that but we have also witnessed it when *** *** has left our parking lot in the past.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
As I said before, the axle shaft did NOT break like the first timeThe bolts came out due to the negligence of the technician not installing the shaft properlyAs I stated the shaft is in tact the BOLTS came OUT!!!
