In July of 2018 I paid dr. K 2000. In advance for hormone pellet inserts which I believe are 500 a piece. I only received three. In between I paid cash for supplements and ***. On December 14, 2018 I paid 800 for a one thousand dollar gift certificate.
In January, I learned that I have breast cancer. In February I called the office three times asking if I could get an 800 dollar refund on my gift certificate since it’s a long drive there and I have cancer rehab ahead of me.
I was sent one hundred dollars with no explaination. I called and got some bizarre explaination that I owed them money.

I too am sorry that you are under the weather and I wish you a fast recovery and improvement in your health in the near future. I thank you for bringing this matter to my attention regarding the error on the amount listed on the gift certificate. I have had this matter looked into and it has been clarified that you still have a $700 gift certificate on your account (after the $100.00 check that was already sent out) along with $200 spa dollars. Due to the circumstances we have cut you another check for the remaining $700.00 that you paid towards your gift certificate and we look forward to your continued good health.
