Review: I had moved to location [redacted] with a 3 month lease and while signing lease with I thought was home owners [redacted] and [redacted] they had mentioned that they own dog sitting business and if need there services let them know. About month into lease I had business meeting in Palm Springs CA and inquired about there services. My trip was going to last 2 days and we had agreed with 2 dogs it would cost $10 per dog for total of $20 day but when returned from my trip they gave me bill with $15 per dog at $30 per day total. This was not big issue and was not going to ask why the change in price was just not going to never use there services again. I was informed from other tenants living in household that dogs where not taken care of properly and other dogs have been injured while under there care. About 2 weeks ago I had another business meeting this time in Arizona so had asked Roomate [redacted] who lives in household and had gotten to know and felt comfortable having him watch my dogs and he agreed. About 2 days into my trip I had received E-Mail from [redacted] stating that [redacted] was a member of there household and they are going to charge me $30 day. [redacted] in not related to [redacted] or [redacted] and is tenant just like myself. I had sent them response telling them do not watch my dogs and had another friend watch dogs. [redacted] himself also continued to take care of the dogs himself and upon my return told me that he felt responsible for them and was so sorry for way [redacted] and [redacted] actions. [redacted] had given me bill for 10 days at $30 day for total of $300. Told her did not hire them for services and not paying for services not rendered, she had become extremely angry and started screaming using profanity to degree I have never heard before. looking up there business could not find business anywhere listed and they are not licensed or insured but found complaints on Yelp.com from website they had owned at one time. Plesae stop these people from doing business they are not honest or licensed and insured.Desired Settlement: They are still trying to charge me $360 for pet services and want them to stop doing business without licence or insurance.
