To Whom It May Concern:
*** *** (*** ***) rented
from us for months and asked us to take care of his two dogs when he needed to travel before he even moved in
During the middle of February, *** notified us he would be travelling Feb 27 and returning Tues March 4. When asked what he did with them before, he said he boarded them. When asked how much per dog, he replied $20...and we said $a dog would be great. { This was negotiated prior to him leaving} The end of Feb came and went and *** did not leave
However, on April 19th *** mentioned something to *** about *** leaving---no specifics--and then left Sunday, April 20th while we were all at church without talking further to *** about schedules, feeding or care...(he left them with no dog food as well.)
{PS *** is a homeless person we took into our house off the streets about a year and half ago) He is not a tenant, does not pay rent and works for us tutoring our year old. }
*** said he was only going to be gone a few days, then texted five, then texted two more and then finally returned after days absence
The rest are lies, except that he was presented for a $bill for the care of his dogs {the amount which we had agreed to previously when the Arizona trip was scheduled at the end of Feb.) He forced this care upon *** because there was no one else to take care of the dogs, after he told us not to and then gave him only $upon his return
Through the papers he left in his trashed room, we discovered the guy's running from the law in New York, has a suspended driver's license, owes $back child support, has unregistered car plates in California, among other things and trashed our loft Bedroom which we rented to him. He owes us ~ $damages. This is retaliationThere's no business listed to findbecause there is no businessIt is defunct Used to be...don't DO a business. Just babysit for our friends or help people out ..like ***
