I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept the response that I received from the business.  The reason being, they are basing their decision off of "pictures" which in no way can tell anyone that their equipment didn't do the damage to my rims and assuming that my car had previous damage.  I WILL NOT repeat this again, my rims were FLAWLESS.  Apparently the business has no clue what that term means. I also realize that they will not be doing anything about this, because it's easier to blame it on me rather than own up to the fact that their equipment ruined my rims.  Well, myself and the 300 and some people I work with, won't be going to their car wash anymore.   I work with someone that had a mirror ripped off of their vehicle by this same car wash and of course they told that person that their equipment didn't do that either.  I also know people that have gotten their cars scratched there too.  I guess it's like anything else, it comes down to the almighty dollar rather than doing the right thing.   The last time I got my car washed there prior to this incident, one of my rims were damaged there.  It was brought up to the owner's son and all he could say is "if it does it again, please let us know".  Well the next time I went there was the day that they claim was made about.  The other 3 rims were damaged and here we are.  They were told and now they won't do anything.  Go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: On 4-24-15 at 11:06 am I bought their Ultimate Car Wash and got my car washed. At the beginning, middle, and end of the wash I felt something hit my car and it made my car move. At 1:09 pm that same day I called Victory and spoke with the owner's son [redacted] because I had just been out my car and was looking at it to see if all of the bug stuff came off of the car. While doing so, I noticed that all 4 of my rims had surface scratches on them. 3 out of the 4 had gouges in them. I bought my car in August of 2014. An elderly couple had it and only got rid of it because they needed something easier to get in and out of. At that time the car had about 29,000 miles on it and now only has about 36,700 on it. The rims were flawless when I bought the car. I am VERY VERY VERY anal about my car. No one has sat in the back seat, it's never seen gravel, never been on a dirt road, I don't park next to curbs, I don't go through drivethrus, and when I go to stores or am at work, I park way out so that no one parks on either side of my car. I was told by [redacted] that I should give it a good week to hear back from them. Today is May 6th and I hadn't heard from Victory, so I called a little after 6:30 am and spoke with T[redacted]. He said that they looked at the pics from their cameras and couldn't see how it could have happened. I told T[redacted] what I've just reported in this complaint. He started to stammer. Then I said, so in a nut shell you're telling me that you're not going to do anything about this. He wouldn't say anything other than stammering. I said thank you, now I know what I need to do and hung up.Desired Settlement: I want a new set of 4 rims just like what I have on my car right now. I don't want Victory to order them either. I want Bergstrom Chevrolet out of Oshkosh to order them and put them on.
