*** does not honor their warrantyIn I had a metal roof installed by *** *** Main Street, Alta Vista, Ks XXXXX K-Construction purchased the roofing material on *** from VicWest *** W *** De Tonti Blvd , *** AR XXXXX The product had a year warranty on the color In June of *** we had the roof cleaned to restore the roof to the original color That is when we discovered the sun damage to the color of the roof After contracting *** I was informed *** would not honor the warranty since they had previously sold the US division of Vicwest products We were never informed that our warranty would no longer be valid or who the warranty was sold to The invoice *** received is from *** It does not say anything about *** US division You might have sold the US locations but my warranty was with *** We spent $17,to have our lifetime roof installed Now years later it looks terrible Your we
