I were at the dealership several times also I were there on friday april I have a witness that were presentThe [redacted] only said to me have the lady at [redacted] to call [redacted] never said anthing about an inspectionAlso I were there on monday Aprili ask the [redacted] were the [redacted] and the [redacted] in the [redacted] said yesI ask [redacted] to let tgem know I were outside said for me to pull tservice departmentI goes in to the se4vice departmentAnd went to tell service man what was going on with the carHe said I m8ght have to pay I waited [redacted] nor [redacted] came to the service departmentI went up front to an office [redacted] and other men were talking about me [redacted] the [redacted] were at her deskI reported the problems navagation shuts off car slows down and the rust un the doorsIn the month onovemberThe [redacted] never offered and inspection on the car on the He was talking about what email I sent himI donot know his email addressAlso [redacted] never said what the problem with his lights shutting offOn the April I said when I was here on friday u did not offer an inspection fate then the [redacted] said I dont have their calendar I only have mineThen I said u are not wanting to service me I would have to go somewhere else for serviceThe conversation were getting outta hand I said I need to leaveThen the [redacted] said thank youI turn back ti rhe office and said I dont play with children I have a [redacted] your ageThe [redacted] dealership dud not inspect the vehicleThe only valcume the vehicle half way I told the [redacted] about the tires the said the tires were fineThey were not it were a rusty nail in the tireThe tire blew out while my [redacted] were driving on If they inspect the car they would have known about the faulty battery I payed halfAlso they [redacted] would not pay the dollards referral feeThis is the worst experiences I have ever hadMany [redacted] buya from [redacted] I will writeUp an colume on the [redacted] and his fabricate wrongness to customerAlso I have been ther more then times about this carI contacted [redacted] because of tge [redacted] and [redacted] dodging me [redacted] is well known for a goid place to visitI cant beleive this compant [redacted] never said to me about my warrantiesI am having stressful headachesAlsoThe office type up miles more then what were on the carI just noticed this on aprilI will be up loading filesI am requesting a copy of the cash or checksdown payment Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,Ms *** did purchase a car from our dealership on 04/02/In October of she called and complained about the car not wanting to start and we cut her a check for $to replace the batteryIn December of she had previously stated the tire wasn't holding air, we
inspected the tire and found road hazard damage that isn't covered under any conditions unless the customer purchased a RH protection plan and she had not, so we paid for two new tires for $to be put on her ***On 04/14/she came in and since I had been out of town I didn't know what problems she was having until she showed me the bottoms of the doors starting to rust and said the touch screen was intermittently cutting offI told her as for the screen my new *** had done that a few weeks ago and they diagnosed the concern to a faulty APIM module, I told her the car would need to be diagnosed by a technician to find out what her problem was but still haven't seen the car come into our shopAs for the rust concern I assure that on the day of purchase no rust was evident anywhere on the vehicle, but what would have to happen is again we would need to inspect the vehicle and send all necessary documentation over to the manufacture to see what could be done

Ms *** can bring the vehicle in to be diagnosed in which a fee up to $will be waived once the vehicle has been diagnosed we can figure out what options she has

[redacted] never said anthing about an inspection. Also I were there on monday 18 April. 2017 I ask the [redacted] were the [redacted] and the [redacted] in the  [redacted] said yes. I ask [redacted] to let tgem know I were outside  said for me to pull t. service department. I goes in to the se4vice department. And went to tell  service man what was going on with the car. He said I m8ght have to pay 69.00.  I waited. [redacted] nor [redacted] came to the service department. I went up front to an office [redacted] and 2 other men were talking about me. [redacted] the [redacted] were at her desk. I reported the problems navagation shuts off car slows down and the rust un the doors. In the month o. november. The [redacted] never offered and inspection on the car on the 18. He was talking about what email I sent him. I donot know his email address. Also [redacted] never said what the problem with his lights shutting off. On the 18 April I said when I was here on friday u did not offer an inspection fate then the [redacted] said I dont have their calendar I only have mine. Then I said u are not wanting to service me I would have to go somewhere else for service. The conversation were getting outta hand I said I need to leave. Then the [redacted] said thank you. I turn back ti rhe office and said I dont play with children I have a [redacted] your age. The [redacted] dealership dud not inspect the vehicle. The only valcume the vehicle half way.  I told the [redacted] about the tires the said the tires were fine. They were not it were a rusty nail in the tire. The tire blew out while my [redacted] were driving on 95. If they inspect the car they would have known about the faulty battery I payed half. Also they [redacted] would not pay the 100 dollards referral fee. This is the worst experiences I have ever had. Many [redacted] buya from [redacted]. I will write. Up an colume on the [redacted] and his fabricate wrongness to customer. Also I have been ther more then 10 times about this car. I contacted [redacted] because of tge [redacted] and [redacted] dodging me. [redacted] is well known for a goid place to visit. I cant beleive this compant [redacted] never said to me about my warranties. I am having stressful headaches. Also. The office type up 2000 miles more then what were on the car. I just noticed this on 17 april. I will be up loading files. I am requesting a copy of the cash or checks. 4500 down payment
