Ordered 2 TVs over the internet and when they arrived, the boxes looked good so we did not open them so it would be protected until our installers came in. Once opened, one week later, one of the TV screens was broke.
I contacted the company and provided them with all the information and pictures they requested. About 2 months later, they emailed me back to telling me that they will not help us.
Very disappointed that a company would do this to a customer.
I purchased an LG 4K Tv from this company. They shipped me a Samsung curved Tv by mistake. When I finally got through to them via many email and phone attempts they shipped me the correct TV but missing some parts! I am still trying to get through to them to ship me a new TV and pick up this one!
Unrealistic 48hr return policy for business.
