I've had the worst experience dealing with this company Their customer service is non-existent, they do not follow up on authorizations, they order the wrong parts, and they take weeks to schedule you because they are "too busy" This company should NOT be busy with customers, because they are the worst company to deal with I suggest using someone else if you can, but you're stuck with them if you buy the extended warranty from ** *** unless enough people complain and ** *** ends their service contract with them I haven't had a TV for a month and it's still not fixed This company has been to my house times and counting
