Review: We purchased a used [redacted] in January. After only 8 weeks it stopped working. They would only allow an exchange for 30 days. We spent $135 for this unit, which we later found that it was made in 2007, and it didn't even work for a full 2 months. Now we have to pay $99 to send this back to [redacted] for repair. We could have purchased a brand new system for only a little more money if you add the $135 that we paid and the $99 for the repair.Desired Settlement: We have to pay $99 to send this back to the [redacted] for repair. We would like to either return the system for a full refund or we would like to be reimbursed the $99 it's going to cost to repair this system.
