rejecting this response because: Because Russ has refused to communicate with me or return my phone calls, I am rejecting his response and I am asking for a refund.  He did nothing to fix the TV and I strongly feel from the previous complaints listed with the Revdex.com, I was overcharge for a three-minute service call.

The part for repair is on back order. This is due to [redacted] not being able to supply the replacement part, and not keeping stock of parts for service their tvs they sell to consumers. We have absolutly no control of this. They should talk to [redacted]. ( good luck)
