I am rejecting this response because: most of what is said is not true to what HappenedI am not looking for anything from RSCAssociates I just want the Revdex.com to be informed on what a horribly ran and nasty apartment complex they are running because I truly feel bad for anyone who is tricked by these horrible people who clearly do not care about their tenitsI have never delt with such a shady company and if u look at thier reviews you will see I am not the only oneI bet if u go ask everyone who lives at *** *** *** they will all have plenty of negative comments about the staff and the functioning of the organization

I, [redacted], CEO of RSC Associates, Inc., respond to the complaint filed by the tenant, [redacted], as follows: The tenant called our 24/7 emergency on-call service on Sunday, June 18, 2017 to report they had maggots in their carpet.  Our on-call property manager called them...

back within an hour of receiving the call to respond to their reported maggot issue. Our property manager informed the tenant [redacted], our contracted pest control company, would call them on Monday, June 19, 2017. [redacted]’s contacted the tenant and made an appointment to inspect and treat the tenant’s apartment on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.  After [redacted]’s inspected and treated the carpet, our property manager contacted [redacted] to get the details of their findings. [redacted]’s technician, [redacted], stated that he did not witness any maggots. However, the tenant did point out a grain of rice she thought was a maggot. [redacted] also confirmed that he did not tell the tenant the carpet was compromised in any way. On August 12th, 2017, the Tenant called in reporting the maggots had come back. Upon our request, [redacted]’s returned to the apartment and performed a treatment using powder in attempt to eradicate the pest problem. On August 23rd, 2017, the tenant called claiming the maggots were still in their unit. I met with the tenant and [redacted] at 3pm at their unit to inspect the reported maggot issue. [redacted] and I did see a few larva on the carpet directly inside the sliding glass door.  The tenant had also collected a few larva into a plastic bag. [redacted] had mentioned he thought the larva was from a beetle found in the local area. He went on to say that he had seen similar larva in the area. During this visit on August 23rd, 2017, I scheduled another appointment for August 24, 2017 with [redacted] and the tenant to ensure the eradication of any pest.  I then called [redacted] and scheduled for August 25, 2017 a thorough carpet cleaning after [redacted]’s re-treatment of the unit. On Tuesday, September 12, 2017 the tenant called at approximately 10am in the morning informing RSC Associates, Inc. they had moved from the unit.  The tenant provided a forwarding address which is: [redacted]  The unit had not been cleaned and there were no signs of a pest issue in the unit. Pictures are available upon request. Conclusion:RSC Associates, Inc. responded promptly to each claim of pests within the unit.  The larva found by myself and [redacted] appear to be local area pests which may have entered the unit through an open slider door. The tenant was never charged for any of the additional pest treatments or carpet cleaning while they were in the unit. The fact that they broke contract and moved out of state suggests to me that they had other intentions than honoring their lease.  The tenant paid their September rent with a check dated September 9, 2017. Rent is due on the first of every month and considered late after the fifth. RSC Associates, Inc. deposited the check on September 11, 2017, and on the 25th we were notified that the tenant’s check did not clear due to non-sufficient funds.  It is illegal to issue non-funded checks. The tenant’s current lease is still in effect until May 16, 2018, which they remain liable for until the unit can be re-rented or the lease expires. RSC Associates, Inc. addressed the tenant’s concerns in a prompt and friendly manner. We take pride in our reputation and the service we provide. Please contact me if you have any further questions. [redacted]PresidentRSC Associates, Inc.

Thank you for the feedback. The tenant [redacted] received a rent increase notice in error. His rent was increased in September 2015 as he stated to $600.00 per month and will not be increased to $625.00 on March 1, 2016.
There was a water leak in the bathroom that took us longer than we had...

hoped to resolve. Part of our challenge was that there ended up being more than one source of the water leak so after our initial findings and repairs, additional water intrusion occurred. I am glad that we have all water leaks repaired at the moment. If any further issues arise, we will address them promptly.
Thank you,
[redacted]
