I placed an order on 12/22/ It is now 01/09/and I never received the order I have left multiple voicemails with sales, customer service, and even rooted their their voicemail system to find a personal extension, John Harmon, ext *** , owner and left voicemails concerning my order His direct email address is [redacted]  I have also left requests in their my account portal All have been ignored I have a background in forensics and located their e-commerce provider, [redacted] , located in [redacted] , and have discussed their fraudulent activity with them I am now going to contact the local authorities and the local FBI office This company is definitely operating on the fringes of the law I am contacting my credit card company and issuing a fraudulent charge on my credit card as well

Made online purchase of knife listed as "In-stock" on 4/19/Merchant charged me $the same day and took the money from *** credit card that I used to pay themI tried to contact the merchant by phone and email several times to find out when the item would shipI could not reach anyone at their phone number during business hours, and was only able to leave several messages -- which were never returnedFinally, I was able to receive an emailed reply on 4/24/which said the item was out of stock and the website was in error (even though the website said it was "in stock.") *** said that he would cancel the order right away and issue me a refund, which might take 2-business days to show up (which is incorrect, by the way)I contacted my credit card company and HR Knives never contacted them to give me the credit that was promisedI emailed the company again about it but never received a responseThe credit card company gave me my money back as a courtesy -- but

I placed an order with HR Knives on 4/1/ My acct was charged on 4/ I have been trying to contact this outfit for a week now Their message system in never online, all calls are sent to voicemail and no one has returned a callI have made purchases in the past with no problems, but this reeks of a company about to go under If I don't receive a response today I will have my bank dispute the charge

I placed an order on 5/2/for nylon sheaths,and I have not received them.when I tried to call them back to discuss the problem,their phone number was disconnected.I would like full refund in the amount of $from their company

I placed an order with HR Knives on August 11th, I received an order confirmation that my order had been placed, and that I would receive another email confirmation that I would receive an email once the order had shippedThe money was deducted from my account two days later
Two WEEKS later, I sent an email to sales@hrknives inquiring as to the status of my orderNo reply
Then this past Tuesday, the 12th of September 2017, I left a voicemail inquiring as to the status of my orderAgain...no reply
At this point, I want nothing more than to cancel my order and get my money back

Ordered a pocket knife from this company (~$300)They charged my credit card the day of the orderTwo weeks later they have not shipped the product, will not return emails or voice mail and will not respond to the chat feature on their web siteIt appears I will have to go to my credit card company to get my money back

I ordered a rubber practice training knife on 8-1-they listed as in stock, They took payment on 8-2-17, No message about shipping, I have emailed and called several times with no replys and no answers Either a very bad business owner with zero customer service skills, or a scam, either way I would never recommend this business to anybody

I also signed up for the email notification
Three days later ,not receiving any notification I emailed and ask what is going on
Not receiving any responses,I emailed an other email address two days later
Also no responseI then waited an other two or three days
Also no response
So I didn't have any other option but this

I ordered knives from them on March , they debited my credit card immediately They never sent the knives or contacted me in any way One month later tried emailing them several times to ask for refund , they never responded Tried to chat with them , no response to that eitherThey seem like a scam operation

My 12- year old son saved all his birthday money the last year to buy a Lee Enfield replica gun from their website It has been a week and a half and the status on-line still says "picking" while we have called every day since last Wednesday, sent emails, and left messages, unfortunately no one from the company has answered The company may be a fraud as we have called over dozen times, all during the working hours they claim, and nobody answers or responds

I ordered two items on March 18, I received an email stating they would be shipped

I ordered and item from HR Knives on 2/6/My money was withdrawn on 2/7/I sent an inquiry on 2/13/to find out how to track my order as I didn't receive any confirmation of shipment
I received no response so I sent an 2nd email on 2/15/
I finally received an email from John Harmon (owner) on 2/16/stating that my order should be picked and shipped by 2/17/and I would receive a shipping/tracking emailI received none
I sent another email on 2/17/inquiring about the shipping email I never receivedI received no response
I again sent an email on 3/1/and received no response
I called both John Harmon's extension and the sales office on 3/2/& 3/3/and got nothing but a recording to leave a message from bothI left a recording for both and did not receive any call backs
I finally received an email on 3/3/stating that my order would be arriving on 3/4/or 3/6/
When the post office tried to deliver my order I had a postage due of $
I had already paid the company for shippingThey did not pay the total shipping costs
I decided to pay the post office rather than have them send the package back for insufficient postage because I didn't feel I would ever receive my order if I did
It took a month to receive my order after numerous emails and phone calls
Very poor costumer service
