Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/09/03) */
The buyer has a few false statements in his complaint. The email he had received was the order confirmation, not an email saying it shipped. In that email it tells him to expect the delivery in 3-10 business days. The product page and the FAQs...

on the website say the same but instead they opened a Revdex.com case on the 5th business day. The game was delivered on the 8th business day (USPS #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). Second, our email search shows he only emailed 2 times about shipping, both within a few days of purchase. 4-5 is not true. While true he didn't get an immediate response, his answer was in many different places to find out and emails like this fall to the lowest end of our customer service priority list. We've taken great care in how we display information so we do not get these emails.
For his trade in, we offered $42 in credit for one game. You select what condition the game is in and add comments when getting a quote. The game came in a state that we deemed unacceptable as any other in our industry would. He had every opportunity to describe the games condition but he failed to tell us it had many scratches on top of the disc which means there is damage to the disc's data. We tested a few days but ultimately let him know we would not be accepting the game and it would be sent back in the package of his pending order.
We do not agree to his request of additional games. This customer does not seem to comprehend the information we've given him and we are taking the steps to prevent doing any further business with him.
Please remove our personal information in this case.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/09/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They received my trade in on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 yet didn't reject the trade in until Sunday Night on August 30th which was AFTER I turned them into Paypal for not sending me Ex Mutants the Game I paid for on August 14th. I have copies of email where they demanded I drop the Paypal case or they would cancel my order the one I paid for and keep my trade in unless I sent them more money Copied email below:
"Now because of the claim, we are forced to cancel your order. We are not taking your trade in of Blood Will Tell and now we do not have a way to get it back to"
If you cancel the claim, you will get Ex mutants in the timeframe that your order confirmation gave you and your copy of Blood Will Tell"
End email
I have no doubt in my mind they planned on keeping my trade in and not giving ANY credit for it because When I finally received Exmutants (Paypal made them send it I received my trade in Packaged in one of their Store cases marked for sale so that proves they were planning on Keeping the game and selling it. you can read the threats in several emails they sent After Paypal got involved I strongly suggest No one uses their "Scam" website they will steal your money and keep your games.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/09/09) */
I've attached our whole email conversation. As you can see the buyer took a choice snippet out of context of our emails to make it seem like a threat. We explained to them it was that way because how paypal claims are structured(or we thought). We thought paypal claims needed to be resolved in 3 days. The resolution is to prove delivery (which we couldn't be sure we could do in 3 days) or cancel the order and refund. We explained to him we would have to cancel the order if they didn't drop the case. And because they didn't describe the trade in properly, we would not be providing return shipping just for that game. We clarified it wasn't any type of threat, it was because that is the position we were put in by him opening a claim and us having to resolve that claim quickly. WE've already gone over how the claim was unwarranted to begin with. We eventually found out paypal claims are more than 3 days, We acknowledged our mistake and let him know we would be shipping the games immediately.
We told him multiple times his Blood Will Tell game had no value to us. If we weren't able to get it to him, we would be throwing it in the garbage. We thoroughly described why the disc was not acceptable. After we told him we were shipping it back, he offered a compromise, that we keep the game (Blood Will Tell) and we send Man vs Wild. We declined and told him again, Blood Will Tell had no value to us in it's condition. If we had any intention of selling it or keeping it, we surely would have traded him Man vs Wild for it. But it was garbage to us. The case he sent the game in was very flimsy and thin. Obviously, when a paypal case is open, any chance that disc breaks in half on the way back to him this whole ordeal would get worse. We put it in a DVD style generic case to better protect it along with his original case. It was not "Marked for sale" like he claims, it was a plain clear case, no prices or stickers. We go the extra mile and give him an extra case, yet he is being ignorant of what is going on or is just lying to support his case.
Lastly, to show the character of the buyer and hopefully show more light on how this whole situation has been handled by him: He opened the Revdex.com case on August 21st. He contacted us on the 23rd threatening that he will open a Revdex.com case if we don't do what he says. An honest person would not make threats AFTER they already did the action.
Please read through our email conversation attached to better understand this case. Other than his order confirmation email, I believe these have been our only correspondence. We tried to be as professional as possible with him, though we did get frustrated after seeing a Revdex.com case come in on top of the paypal claim.
