Brought out PSin to get repaired Turned out they needed to replace the motherboardAsked if hard drive had to be in it (didn't zenith to lose game info) Was told it had to be in it to restartCame back after fixGot home started it up and someone else's info on hard drive
Brought it back in and gold them our info wasn't on itThey told us that the hard drive is wiped when the new motherboard initializedWhen we told them that the hard drive in it had info for someone named***, and it obviously HADNT been erased, the attendant was confusedHe couldn't reach the owner of the store (conveniently)
