I purchased two videos from Video & Photography by ***. A Cinderella ballet video from September 2019 and a Little Mermaid ballet video from June 2019. I paid for the videos at the time of purchase with a guarantee to receive them after filming. I have attempted to contact Video & Photography by *** via phone and Facebook with no response. I still have not received the videos I purchased nor a response from the videographer.

This company offered video copies of a Children Ballet of the Ozarks production for families to purchase for $15.00, this was June of 2019 and now March of 2020 we still have not received the video we had purchased.

I signed a contract for services. I contacted the company to video my brothers wedding on November 2,2019. I was told at the time to allow 2 months for the video to be finished. I have contacted the owner several times since February and have been told that "it is not finished yet" I feel that he has had ample time to complete this project and since he was paid in full, should be willing to get it completed as soon as possible. I am not able to contact him by phone as he either doesn't answer or the number has been disconnected, depending on which one you call. The only successful attempts at reaching him have been public posts to the facebook page.

At the beginning of December I had reached out to Colasanti to have a number of videos converted to DVD for me. Total cost was $128. I was told this all should be taken care of by December 20th at the latest. I was hoping to get to give them out for Christmas. Since Christmas has come and gone, I have tried to call them about a dozen times and have gone up to the store just as many. No one is getting back to me or returning my calls. I want my DVD's done. These are the only copies of these home films and I cannot afford to lose them.
