I had a problem with my flat screen television, and though they did fix it, it took almost two monthsThen it sat there where nobody notified me that it was readyI couldn't get a straight answer on the phone because nobody knew! I drove across town to check on it in person where I was kept waiting for minutes while they found outThey finally found my TV and brought it out with an inch of dust, grime and fingerprints all over itThey couldn't be bothered to to clean it even after charging me a premium price to fix my TV! I complained about their lousy customer service and how did they respond? "Yeah, it's pretty bad." Unprofessional and total lack of respect for their customersYeah, they'll fix your stuff, but they'll charge you through the nose, they will take their sweet time and treat you like crap

I was trying to get a rack mount cable management arm on a Saturday After looking online I came across Video Revolution and on their site I found what I was looking for I called them up and asked if they had it in stock and the guy on the phone told me that they did have a few different options in stock I drove minutes across town to get one and when I got there they were totally clueless and I had to explain times what I was looking for and they didn't have any there They were very rude and not very knowledgeable about basic equipment, and made me waste an hour of my time going there I will never ever shop at Video Revolution for anything
