We made the edits they requested. They still were not happy. They discontinued their subscription.They didn't even pay fir the video production we offered the dollar coverage FREE and they are complaining.The camera crew may not have gotten a lot of footage because we are
scouts, NOT A VIDEO COMPANY.We scout players and produce reports. The dollars is just the two months they paid at each to accessthe site and SCOUTING REPORTS which there is already content and reports on despite the length of the film.This woman is unreasonable. The young man is on our list of TOP PROSPECTS we have seen in the country andwas prepared to work with them to gather content on him a number of other ways but she thinks she bought a video. Again, they did nnot even pay for that days coverage. There is nothing for me to do as I have spoke with the father and the daughter.The father was niceThe daughter stepped in like a tyrant after my scouting conversations with the father with some kindof cause to make her feel important I suppose without any information. So now the young man will not be scoutedor included on our list to college coaches because they think they bought a video and expect coverage from *** or *** ***We do not need to cover, nor see everything. We are scouts and form opinions without seeing everything. That's what we do.Different cameramen use different cameras so as far as quality, one camera may be standard def and another may be hi def.We don't care, the coaches we produce reports for don't care. They should be grateful that he was scouted and we did it at NO CHARGEinstead of complaining about the quality of the film or how much content there was. Our editing department made all the chargesto take the players out of film that did not belongTheir subscription has been cancelled because they are unreasonable.Contacting you is further proofThere is nothing to resolve

I truly believe Video Scout is one of the mains reasons my son was recruited to play college football Tom was thoughtful and really cared about my son’s desire to play in college Tom approached us regarding the talent he saw in my son when no one else did I’m grateful he came along and provided resources and guidance to help get my son noticed

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with Video Scout from Norwich, CTMy husband and son attended a football combine where my husband met up with a friendly representative from Video ScoutThe friendliness ends once you pay their $feeBecause our son had to drop out of the combine, we tried contacting Video Scout by email and by phone for a refund since our son could not perform to be filmedWe never heard back from Video Scout, nor did we receive a videoWe decided to file a dispute with our credit card company to deny the charges from Video ScoutOnce we did that I received a very rude phone call from a video scout employee, he may have been the CEO, asking why we were disputing the chargeHe asked that we look at the video before disputing, I agreedNo video came so we disputed the $sign up feeMy husband sent several emails to Video Scout all with no reply, still no videoThe company then charged us a monthly fee, we still had received no info or video from themWe then disputed that charge through our credit card companyFinally, my husband sent an email threating legal action if they didn't stop charging usThat's when we finally received a rude email from the CEO saying 'you are cancelled' and 'hope you're happy being a non paying member'We have no intention of using their servicesIt took months for us to hear back from Video Scout and that was after months of trying to contact them and having to threaten legal actionThe CEO has an obvious chip in his shoulderWhen I emailed him to share my disappointment in their customer service, he informed me that they are not a call center and that it takes the a long time to get back to people because they are busymonths busy apparentlyMy son would have graduated before they would be of any help to usI want to warn others to stay away from this company!
