This is my third time using this company and I really enjoy themThey are professional, on time and always make it a great experienceI would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to travel from the Cape Canaveral area back and forth to the Orlando Airport areafriendly transportation is the best deal out there

Paid the $80 for round-trip but our flight was delayed, which meant instead of us arriving at 11:00am we arrived at 11:58. Pick up was between 11:30 and 12:00. I called them while standing in the isle on the plane and told them we are waiting to let us off the plane. He said he was leaving at 12:00 and hung up. I called him again when we got off the plane and while asking directions to where we needed to go and he said 10 min and then hung up. We finally made it to where we needed to be at 12:20 and they were gone. Had to pay someone else $60 one way for two to Port Canaveral. Will never use again. I can understand if I didnt communicate with him, but the fact I called him as soon as I could and still didnt get any understanding.

I tried to book transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral for two people on their website where it said "$36 per person." After I hit the "submit" button, the page stayed the same with my credit card information and everything, as it wasn't submitted. So I had to book my transportation with another company. The next day, I got an email with nothing in the subject stating that the transportation was booked and that my card would be charged. In the email, it also gave me a time of when I would be picked up which was very inconvenient. I checked my credit card and noticed a transaction of $80 was pending. I called Friendly Transportation to cancel the reservation. The man on the phone was impatient and kept interrupting me. I asked him why it was $80 instead of $72 ($36 per person), he said the price was $56 and it was a special offer first. I told him that on the website said nothing about $56 or special offer and inquired again about the $80 charge on my credit card. He then answered that it was taxes which still didn't add up. He then changed his story to something about "when we get to the airport, there is airport pick up fee, all other companies do that." In sum, he could not justify the overcharge that was nowhere to be seen on their website. Eventually he agreed to cancel my reservation but he wanted to withhold $20 for "cancellation fee", insisting that it was "company policy," which again was not on their website or in the reservation confirmation email that arrived a day later. He went on to state that he was the supervisor and that his company was a 36-milllion dollar company that had been running for 73 years... I just had to pay the $20 to get this over with. Please be careful when you book with this company. Hidden fees and they make up their own rules.

I paid (120.00) for a round trip pick up from Orlando Airport to Port Carnival for three people in April 2015 for a 8/17/15 pickup and return pickup for 8/21/15 ; they never showed up for the return pickup. I tried for several hours to get someone n the phone and only received an automated message to leave a call back number which I did for several hours. Finally I had to contact [redacted] shuttle service for return to the Orlando airport at a cost of 81.00 which was an additional $21.00 cost. I have tried sending numerous e-mails for the additional refund. They did refund $60.00 which did not cover my return expenses of $81.00. I also send then a copy of the charge. They do not answer the phone or respond to the many e-mails I have sent.

I received an quote via email. Quote was different than the advertised price. I sent an email back asking about the difference between the two rates. They replied with a nasty email and told me they were booked and couldn't help me. They had plenty of room originally but when I questioned them everything changed within 20 minutes. I sent an email request from a different email account and somehow they had seats available.

Don't trust these people. Very poor customer service!
