technician got dishwasher to work once, he said to call if problem happened again. We left two voicemails two days later, but never got a response.
The @ Your Service technician came out to look at our 3-1/2 year old dishwasher that was not getting enough water to clean the dishes on 10/22/19. He kept running the machine until it worked once, and said to call their office if the problem came back. This cost us $125.00. Two days later we ran the dishwasher, but it again was not getting enough water. We left two voicemail messages with their office. Both times we were directed to Ashley's phone number, and left messages on 10/24 and 25. We never got a response from either message. My husband researched the problem online and found that the problem was the inlet valve. We ordered the part, he replaced it for a total of $25.00 and the problem was solved. The company is non-responsive and did not respond to our requests to come out to remedy the problem. We paid $125.00 for NOTHING!

I contacted frigidaire for repair of my ice maker. Then was sent to this company for warrantee work. They have been out 2 times I called for a 3 time due to not being fix. frigidaire Arrange the apt 4 day in advanced. No one showed up. Called frigidaire and AYS. AYS was very rude not letting me speak and saying they never got the request order from frigidaire. The whole time I’m on the phone with frigidaire trying to get in touch with AYS they keep sending to voicemail. They refused to talked with frigidaire

The phone number on their Facebook page is incorrect. They use 3***. I am stuck using them because they are contracted with Lowe’s for warranty issues. They have come to my house four times so far and my dishwasher still is not fixed. It has been over two months. They give you a window of time and three of the four times the guy came 5 minutes before the end of the window. Horrible service and inept repair people.
