Late rental items will now be treated as being rented
for additional periods and rates in accordance with the original rental period and rate for all additional rental periods up to days at which point customers will be responsible for the rental fees associated with the days in addition to our cost to replace the item
As a reminder, you rented a new release item on 5/15/This item was due back on 5/17/We still have not received the item back
