We stand by the responses we first sentGround water levels will vary by each season, soil conditions and how much rain we have hadJust because he does not see ground water now does not mean that it did not exist years agoA pool proper water level must be maintained throughout the yer to help prevent possible issues, either from ground water or freezing temperaturesIf a pool liner floats due to excess ground water and a low water level in the pool it can cause the liner to tear away from the drain ring. We have no notes in the Customer file of any work order to come and check a possible leak. We did not work for the address in question for a couple years and can not be held liable for issues out of our control(natural conditions). Tell us why here

I am rejecting this response because:
There was calls made about the pool losing water there office said it was from evaporation and it got worse over the last yearsI I hired another pool company to come take a look at it because they said I was loosing to much water and that there is know way it was evaporation when I had to add water every other dayso they came out and looked in to it since Decatur pool and spa said they couldn’t come for weeks and from there investigation after draining the pool looking for a rip or leak they noticed it was from three screw holes by the main drain so I took a video of the holes and pictures and when they took the drain cover off they noticed there was duck tape wrapped around the screws (also have pictures) because when it was installed they cross thread it and casing it to rip the liner so they put duck tape around the screws so it would have something to grabI called and sent pictures to Decatur pool and spa and they would not comment on the tapeWhen the liner was installed they told my dad chris *** that there was no issues with the concrete bottom and they didn’t have to patch the concrete and it was never noted that there was a ground water issue because still today there is no ground waterEven one of his sales manager said they where at fault and then Decatur pool and spa told that guy to stay out of itThe first story he told me that his son is who put the liner in and now he said he was the guy that put it in after he realized there was a problem he said there is a hole in the shallow in and there is not the only whole was the at the drain that I had the other company fix and I have not lost any water sinceI just want my money back for there mistakes.

The liner replacement was completed in July of for MrChris ***We were called to winterize the pool in the fall of by Chris ***There were no comments made at that time about any issues with the linerWe were then hired by a MsSarah *** in the fall of to winterize the
poolAgain, no comments or complaints made about the liner installation or anything else related to the poolWe have not worked for anyone at the residence since the fall of 2016.We received a call from a MrAdam *** in the spring of about an issue with the pool linerUpon inspection of the pool I called Mr*** and discussed what I found and and the issues we had during the original liner installationThe issue in was that during the liner installation there was a fair amount of ground water seeping into the pool due to heavy spring rainsIf the water level in any in-ground pool is not maintained at the proper level then ground water can cause a liner to float free from the bottom.Upon my inspection and documentation which I have pictures of, I found that the water level in the pool had not been maintained at a proper level causing the ground water to float the linerI could not see the drain ring in the bottom of the pool due to the amount of ground water beneath the liner and what water that was in the pool was green from algae growth.MrAdam *** did not believe the comments I made about the original liner installation and the high ground water and insists that the liner was installed incorrectlyIf this would be the case them why did no one call about an issue for years? The original Owners were given the liner warranty from the manufacturer.We were never offered the chance to come back and inspect the liner after the water was removed for repairs.Tell us why here
