The customer called Jump Mania and asked about the cupcakes and nuts. We informed them that we do not make the cupcakes in house and an outside vendor makes them. They asked us to find out. [redacted] called and [redacted] said they do not use nuts in...

their cupcakes. She responded to the customer but reminded them that we do not make the cupcakes and they are allowed to bring in their own cake.
The day of the party, the party host does not recall being asked and would not have known if the cupcakes were made with nuts or in a facility with nuts since we are a third party. When the cake is presented, it is in the box provided by [redacted] with the ingredients on it.
We have responded to the customer that they need to contact [redacted].

All parties are allowed to bring in their own cakes which the majority parties do.
The host of the party does not remember any signs of any child be sick. The cupcakes would have been eaten around 3:15-3:30. The Party would have left at or after 4. The host was surprised of the complaint since they received a tip as well. Jump Mania did not receive any word of this until 8:30 at night.
