as far as I know he agree to do a service for $50 and at the last moment he wanted more money I try to meat with him at his office or called and texted and he wouldn't respond as well as my husband at first [redacted] was ok with him then changed his mind Why?? IDK...but I was clear on my text messages that I wanted to see him to pay the rest after he clearly changed the contract by adding $100 more for gas and his time for 1 picture that was not in the packet he offered me on the day we sign the contract agreeing too leave $200 for deposit when clearly on his contract said and him self told me that he collects half of the amount and if it was that way I should have paid $500 for deposit and $50 for the single picture but if you see in my text messages I I was clear on what I had asked. Please wait for the rest of the images. Sorry I send so much but as u see on my messages I'm very clear on what we both agreed on, after all of that I try to meet with him and this is a company that no one is at the location and it's inside a Mexican store and if u go just to ask question or have a complain no one will be there for costumer service and if you call him at his office obvious he will not answer since he is never there and if you call his cell phone he will not answer even after he sends a letter and gives the same number to call if we have questions but never answers....., now let's be real after I left a deposit of $200 for a packet he offer me of $950 so that would leave me with a balanced of $750 witch he is claiming that we didn't agree on after we sign a contract and even agreed on text message that it would be fine then I added a before party single picture for the hall and paid in full $50 was the amount he quoted me for the service and I asked if we can take that at my address and he was agreeing to it he even said " we can go to a nice place of your choice." and that's when I asked if he could do it at my premises because I had the right place just for the event," he agreed to do it and was very kind then later makes up excuses and changes the quote after we had agreed on it. Is what you see in the text messages and contract too, he must of thought we where going to fall into his scam where at the last minute he changes the price so we can pay more for a service that was already paid for in full and being near the date of the event a lot of his Costumers gave in to his scam., and paid more for the service. Now let me tell you I see an older man that must talk with a lot of costumers and he can mix up the agreements/scams and after so long as you see on my text messages with [redacted] he agrees to what the costumer wants then later changes his mind,  to me that's a scam, fraud, ripoff taking advantage of the Costumers dead line.. if he is having financial problems  and is using his business contract to take advantage then he shouldn't be trusted or even have a business at all.  after our agreement I hope we can meet with [redacted] so we don't stress out over it.  Well I'm sorry but business is business just as he had made an appointment to met at his location, so we can discuss our contract then we both would be happy but he got demanding and my spouse didn't like that one bit so my spouse told [redacted] by phone that he was going to pay him half of the balance and the other half as soon as he arrived the day of the event..., now that was to analyzed [redacted]'s intention to see if he REALY wanted the job like he had agreed on the first day we met at his location or was he a scammer and [redacted] didn't like it one bit he was demanding that he wanted the full amount before the event witch I agreed on but after him not wanting to take the single picture that was paid in full and changing his price after he agree on the amount quoted and paid to him in cash what would make him think that we where going to trust him and pay the full amount before the event and then risk having [redacted] changed his prince for his gas or time and then if we refused to pay more he would not show on the day of the event. Now after that disagreement of the single picture we had try to met with him at his business location to talk with him and not once did he show up or answer our calls and text messages while we did that for two weeks straight [redacted] never answered calls and text messages how we where to agree on it if he those not run an honest business other people had shown up too , with complains similar to ours or with bad service and what I think of this is that [redacted] only shows up to take peoples money And hides behind a contract so they can't do nothing about it but I call that a scammer...., well In my case he made one mistake after he got paid in full for a single picture service and then refused to do the service with lame excuses and then claim more money for that single picture he Breach of contract. Now even 2 days before the event I had text [redacted] notifying that since he was not answering so we can meet to pay him in full we where forced to get someone else in such late notice. With [redacted] having no communication with us we couldn't do our part of the agreement even after waisting my time and gas to come by his office multiple times and no one was at the business location.  So I hope he understand our concerns and makes it right....Thank you!!~[redacted]~

THERE IS A CONTRACT. AND THERE IS A FINAL REQUEST FOR PAYMENT WHICH WERE TOTALLY IGNORED BY THE CUSTOMER!!The evidence is very clear: This person wanted a service with out paying for it!!
