We have issued a credit for the full amount of this order. Please advise the customer to write "refused" on the package and drop it off at the post office so that the product is returned to us. The credit was actually issued on 5/**/15 by customer service, and will process in 3-5 days.

First off, no one ever tried to contact me. If they called, no message was left, no email was sent. Secondly, I paid through [redacted], not a credit card. There has been a temporary authorization on my account since Nov. [redacted]. So it was NOT declined. I have attached proof of that! Third, I am not the only person with this problem. Look at the most recent reviews on the website! This is a case of a company not being able to provide any sort of customer service or fulfill orders.  Thanks but not thanks. I already found other options for Christmas (3 days before!).
