WCT Farm & Lawn LLC has responded to this customer regarding this complaint WCT Farm & Lawn LLC is currently repairing this unit at "no charge" to the customer The customer has accepted and agrees to this repair WCT Farm & Lawn LLC did not misrepresent the sale of this mower This mower was a trade in from the original owner We have no reason to believe that the hours on the unit are incorrect, as the previous owner had a very small lot that he mowed When the unit was purchased and received from the original owner, the unit ran well and had not leaks It was ran thru our shop, and because it had no visible problems with leaks or running problems, it was cleaned up and priced to sell Unfortunately, when the customer used the unit the first time, the unit developed a problem The customer returned the unit to WCT Farm & Lawn LLC for evaluation and the problem was determined ALL used equipment sold by WCT Farm & Lawn LLC is sold "As Is, Where Is, No Warranty" When this unit was sold this was stated and our salesman felt the customer understood these terms, however, this was not written on the customers bill of sale, which was an over site This now has been put as a standard statement that appears on all invoices/bill of sales that are created by WCT Farm & Lawn LLC Because of these facts, WCT Farm & Lawn LLC felt that we missed the problem with this unit, and normally something like this would not be sold by WCT Farm & Lawn LLC without being repairedThus, WCT Farm & Lawn LLC felt that is was our responsibility to repair this unit for the customer at no chargeAt WCT Farm & Lawn LLC we have excellent, experienced and certified technicians who work on equipment, but unfortunately, not all things mechanical can be seen WCT Farm & Lawn LLC understands that good customer service is an important part of our business and strives to do what is right when these problems occur
