Hello, I purchased this upgraded SW Dec 24 2018, I have been working with ***, on troubleshooting the issues with the upgrade as my upgrade is not registering in the SW... I have spent hours troubleshooting with no success, I have since read reviews and this is not an uncommon issue. My credit card was charged by ***, I reached out to them first and they told me to contact the company, so I did.... see.. communications with ***, after multiple emails and tips and no success, I was told by *** to contact ***... I told *** in the beginning *** would not give me a refund, and reiterated this to him again, to no avail... I would like my 60+ dollars back.

Refund my Credit card the amount paid for services not received
Hello, our account manager is currently away due to unforeseen circumstances. The account manager is the sole person with access to our internal accounts and thus it has been difficult in completing any processes that include refunds and inquiries of that nature. In the meantime, we have contacted *** to see how we can accommodate the customer's request. We want to streamline this process to a solution as soon as possible, but externalities have impacted our process. We hope to see our account manager come back into office the following week, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we are happy for the patience that the customer has shown.
