On December 17th they delivered a treadmill to my home and damanged my floor. I spoke to them that day they said it shows on system damage and asked me sent pictures of the damage and I did to nmc [redacted] @vidmarinc.com on 12/17. Did not hear back called back the next week they said it would be 4-6 weeks b/c of busy holiday season. No problem I get that. Waited and then called again on 2/1 spoke to another lady who said yes shows on system could you resend pictures so I sent them to her at [email protected] on 2/1. She also asked me to get a quote of what it would cost to repair it. My floor is less than a year old in a brand new home so I went back to company that had laid my floor and they came up saw the floor and gave me quote to repair it. I then sent that to [email protected] on 2/9. I have to this day not been contacted back. I try to call and never can get anyone sends me to voicemail after waiting on hold I have left several VMs. I have now tried to email both c
