Review: I have requested a call back from [redacted] on three different occasions in regards to some potential home warranty issues that I would like to discuss and get resolved. [redacted] and Viebrock Construction had completed a new home construction for us in 2012.

My first two attempts were made via email on February 1st and February 22 to [redacted]@viebrockconstruction.com. After receiving no responses from the email, I sent a certified letter to his office that was received on March 3rd and signed for by his wife, [redacted]. As of March 20th, I still have not received any response from [redacted] or any one at Viebrock Construction.Desired Settlement: We are requesting that [redacted] returns our request for a call and then sets and executes a plan get the warranty issues fixed if deemed covered by the warranty he provided as a part of his contractual services. If he would prefer to have me execute the repairs through a third party and then have the bills sent and paid by him, I would be willing to do that also.

Mr. [redacted] has contacted our company via email and voicemail. Latest communication was via certified mail. The items in complaint are not be covered under a warranty, but I originally requested the electrician who completed the work at his home to contact Mr. [redacted] and schedule a time to review the electrical fixture in an attempt to discover the concern. The concern involves Mr. [redacted]'s bulbs for the fixture "burns out" very soon after replacing. It appears this electrician did not contact Mr. [redacted]. As a result of this notification, which I see is the second and I was unaware of the first, I have requested a second electrician to contact Mr. [redacted]. I received notification that the new electrician has left Mr. [redacted] a voicemail to contact him for scheduling. Again to clarify this is not a covered warranty item. In regards to the tile, again this is not an item covered under warranty. It is my understanding that there is no current damage or evidence of damage but a concern that something, tile breaking, could occur in the future. The installation was completed in 2012. We hope to resolve these concerns in the best manner possible but it is important to identify that neither items are covered under the warranty.

Thank you for your involvement in this matter. It's unfortunate that I had to engage you to get a simple response from this business owner. To this date, he has not contacted me other than through his response to this process. From personal experience I can tell you that his cus[redacted]er service or response to his cus[redacted]ers does not warrant an A plus rating! Now that I know that neither of the items are covered by the warranty, I will pursue resolution through local contacts. Thanks again.
