this is the second respond made by us vielka house of beauty in regards this matter I will like to start by saying the customer was always treat with respect we never treated her wrongfully all it was said was why the day of the service she was so please with the service and the next day her mind changeits not fear for me as a small business to loss accreditation from others because a person change her mind from one day to the otheri believe in justice and I told the customer to paid the wash of the hair not the full service but she walk out living the salon not talking to anyone and living us talkingat this point I will not refund the customer because is not fear to go with an idea of a color and after u see et in ur head go home and maybe get one wrong compliment get a mind change and now thinking its ok to get the money back after all service was provide to her product was use on her my company is being in line of a bad reputation and all bec ause a customer ask for one color and the next day wanted a different oneif the color was so bad why wait into the following day in the night why not the moment that it was done.sorry [redacted] but vielka house of beauty don't give refund and since the day of ur service u left happy and gave my employer a tip as a result of ur satisfaction I will like to ask Juliana Thibaut to close this case as a reminder the video of the civilian cameras are available upon request as well as all my rules place in the salon thanks for ur time and sorry for the inconvenience your trulyVielka H [redacted]

You wanted to charge me for a tune up which I felt like should of been free I already paid so much for my hair and like I said over and over again it was my first time getting my hair colored and you guys kept saying there's some color in my hair I didn't know what to expect so I thought by the next day it would be darker I understand the services but only because you disrespected me when I c and in the next day other than that I would of neverThis service was not worth me being disrespected the daughter kept talking and talking over me and she wasn't listening so please stop lying and give me my money back everyone told me it looked nice but I did not like it myself because it was not what I wanted and if I needed to be fixed you should fixed it for free I didn't ask u to redo my whole hair !

To whom it may concern;this statement is to certify that a customer by the name of *** *** came to vielka house of beauty on jan/**/for the fist time,the costumer ask for a color and show a picture on her cell phone the styles by the name of Deisi H*** give her the consultation she
agreed on pricing; after a procedure of hour the customer is really happy with the services provide she paid and gives the styles a tip no complain was made after a day the customer return to the salon and ash if she can change the color I told the customer that the policy which is place by the price list said no money back adjustment will be made before customer live the salon she then left and now m getting this complainmy question is why if the customer was so on happy she gave the styles a tip and didn't made a complain why wait in to a day pass.this story don't make any sense since the customer say there was a language barrier and I speak english moving forward I have the video tape record of that day in case is need et as well as all my rules and regulation up today.your truly Vielka H***

I am not a complainer and I appreciate her services because I understand what it is to do labor work for that long. Anyways I went back the next to get a tone. She wanted to charge me and I said no because I already paid so much already and tone should be free especially when my hair is uneven coloring. And the sign she was talking about was hidden behind a television. She pointed to it the following day. I didn't ask for a refund I simply asked for a tone so my hair two different color. Now I am upset and feel like I paid too much to be treated wrongfully. She kept arguing with me and she kept saying my hair is the same color and it obviously isn't. And so I waked out because I am not going to keep arguing about this. So please just give me my money back because I am very disappointed with my hair and I didn't not appreciate the way I was treated when I asked nicely for a tone. I asked many people about this and they all told me they should do the tone for free.  Thank you [redacted]
