When we installed the fence she was not involved her dad was the one that told us to install the fence and we where advised on the placement of the fence, even though it is necessary to have a survey to confirm the placement and know there boundaries he only supplied us with the blueprint
of the property, we did guarantee the materials and workmanship of the fence and there was allot of issues that was not in our control such as a tree that was in the way of the fence install, and a water table that kept on returning restricting us from properly installing the fence, the countless rain thorough out the month was a great factor It seems she is trying to get her money back and more because all we had collected is for the install and is the going rate for such install

Mr, [redacted] altered our invoices once the fence and basement projects were completed he put down his pricing after the projects where done he owe us $5,600 and for the Deck the project stopped after he paid half of the invoice and wanted us to finish was paying us for the remember of the work to be...

completed on the deck, I told him countless times pay us so we can finish the project instead he just harassed by coming to my property and threaten me there is a warrant for his a arrest for his behavior and he is charged with Aggravated Harassment also there is a restraining order all we wanted to do is to work with him and finish the project I can't do work and supply material for free and his tactics of harassing me and not paying is not going to work furthermore this complaint is a violation of the restraining order

I do not owe him money anymore. As he took all the money for Deck and Patio which is $14000 & $3700 for basement. You can see in his contract. Please see attached.  He cannot work legally without the permit from the county. But he did fraud with the county too by giving them fraudulent insurance documents to get permit.
