Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint , [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below they may say they sent one but they never did send any..and I did talk to them back in and they said they would take it under advisementand the thing with the phone being disconnected never had my cell phone disconnected and havent had a house phone for at least years and if you look at thier response they said they sent me a letter on 12/16/and the first correspondence we had was when someone called me on 10/15/and I had my wife call them and then I had my wife pay it in full days later on the 17thand they still put it on my credit report dropping my credit score points costing me hundreds of dollars in interest fees Regards, [redacted]
