I moved here over 5 years ago and at 1st�everything was okay- they change management and got new employees who are extremely rude and violates boundaries.

I have 2 incidence where they showed up to my home in the middle of the night (9pm) without any notification while I was naked in the bathtub at home

After letting Britney at the front office know that I would prefer email communication due to medical issue ? she proceeds to violating my mental health needs by calling me back to back- for absolutely no reason as no voice message was left. She is discriminatory and her employment should be reevaluated.

I have had more than 10 water leaks since leaving in this place and have asked for mold inspection to the maintenance in which was never done.

Now the upkeep of this place is something to speak about- I have lived here for 5 years AND no upkeep has been done inside the apartment.

Billing Adjustment My request is that 1.�������A mold inspection ? if infected with mold I am requesting that I am compensated for the endangerment of my health- as regular inspection was never done even after requested- despite the numerous amount of water damage and leak. 2.�������Any deposits should be returned 3.�������For the rest of my stay in this apartment I will only be called for emergencies and all communication should be presented in writing 4.�������Apology from Britney who hangs up on me frequently and is extremely deeming and rude to the customers �

Dear Oseremen,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any miscommunication from our office staff. We offered to perform an inspection of your unit after receiving this notice in which you have now determined is no longer necessary as you will be transferring to another apartment on site which you were able to view and apply for. Our maintenance team will only enter an apartment without notice for an emergency and will still knock and announce themselves prior to entering to give you an opportunity to answer the door. We have communicated the importance of clearly announcing themselves prior to entering a unit without notice due to an emergency to the entire Viera Bayside staff. We look forward to your continued residency here at Viera Bayside and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. Please let us know if there are any other concerns you have and we will be happy to address them. Kindly please confirm if anything else is needed and when should we expect this case to be closed.

Final move-out statement was sent with 4 days left to pay balance before sending to collections. Cleaning fee has yet to be justified with photos.
My husband and I moved out of Viera Bayside on 11/13/17. We were told by an employee (whom we later found out was the assistant manager) that the final walk through would be completed that week and the final account statement would be mailed to our new address as soon as possible. We did not receive this statement until 12/8/17, postmarked 12/6/17, with a payment deadline of 12/13/17. Viera Bayside is not open on Sundays, therefore we only had 4 business days to pay the bill before it would be sent to collections. The statement included a carpet fee of $204, a countertop replacement fee of $75, the final water bill of $64, and a cleaning fee for $95. We were not concerned with any fees other than the additional cleaning fee. When asked for photos to justify it, we were given many different excuses as to why the photos couldn't be sent. After countless conversations with the same employee we originally spoke to, her final conclusion was that the manager is the only one that has access to the photos so I would have to wait for them to be available. We were told that we would have them by the following Monday at 5:30pm. Over the course of the many phone calls back and forth (with hopes of receiving nothing more than a justification of the fee), there was always "no manager on duty able to help us". After another call to them on 12/12/17, photos were finally sent to us by Yahela B., Assistant Managerthis is the woman we had been speaking to all along that claimed there was no manager on duty to help us. The email included pictures marked with the date 11/03/17, which is before our move-out date. There is no way of us knowing when these pictures were actually taken. The pictures included paint touchups needed on built-in bookshelves, a cracked light switch cover, and pictures of the damaged carpet (a separate charge on the bill). I called back to ask which pictures justified the cleaning fee. She claimed there were other pictures (not sent to us) of the bathroom and that it was "black". After being disconnected by phone for some reason, I replied to the email requesting the photos. I never received a response. I called the next day to ensure that the email I replied to was not a "No Reply" address. I was reassured that the email goes right to the manager and that she would send them as soon as she got the chance. It is 1/7/18 and we have still not received photos justifying the cleaning fee. We paid the bill in person on 12/13/17 in fear that it would go to collections. On 1/3/17 we each received notices from a collection agency for failure to pay the final account statement. After calling and explaining that we have a receipt showing we paid it on the 13th, the claim was thankfully closed with no major issues. This is the final straw for usViera Bayside has remained unprofessional throughout this process despite our countless efforts to communicate with them. We feel that we have been mistreated and would like to be done with his issue for goodbut this is unacceptable and can't go unnoticed.

Desired Outcome

I am asking that our cleaning fee be refunded. We have been very patient and understanding considering the situation and the amount of time it has taken to not even get to the bottom of the situation. Between waiting to send the bill to us until there were 6 days left to pay it and giving us the run-around for something as simple as pictures, we are fed up and would like our money back.
