Due to we have to file a claim to 3rd party because the package was lost by them, not us. Please kindly understand that this process takes extra time than normal procedure.

Review: This company provides global shipping services. In December 2014 they lost my package worth $100 because they mis-delivered it to a wrong address. I have tried several times in the past three months to resolve the issue with them but all my emails were ignored and my calls never got picked up by the person-in-charge. I could only talk to the general Customer Service staff, who could not do anything about it and repeatedly advised me to email the person-in-charge again, who never replied me. That had been going on for three months. At this point, it is clear to me that the company is unwilling to resolve their wrongdoing. The fact that my emails and calls were constantly ignored also shows their lack of professionalism and respect for customers. In fact, I'm more displeased with the way they treated me than the fact that they lost my package. I had to spend lots of time on phone calls and emails in the past three months, and the feeling of being ignored for such a long time is just really frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to contact me for an apology and compensate me for the loss of my package.
