Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center

My daughter was there for three weeks at the price of over $7000. While there she was bullied by some of the clients with no consequences. This type of behavior should not be tolerated whatsoever! Especially if you are paying for their services. In addition they treat dual diagnosis. My daughter was very ill when she left the facility and that was not even recognized, or at least I was not informed. In addition, the owner stated to me how do I think all of my children turned out that way? That was a slap in my face, especially when she herself is bipolar and an alcoholic. How did she herself get that way? As the bible states: "Judge so you be not judged". I realize my daughter is dual diagnosis and hard to deal with, but I was not happy with what happened and the amount of money spent for no positive results whatsoever! Plus getting insulted on top of that.

I was at viewpoint for about 5 months and had to leave, because of all of the horrific things that I was witnessing between clients and staff.

Viewpoint has been open for 2 years and only person has successfully graduated the program; the other clients left because of unproffessional conduct, breaches in confidentiality, insurance fraud, and even verbal and emotional abuse.

Viewpoint's main priority is to make money off of vulnerable clients with mental health issues, while shaming them into believing their worse off than they are, thus keeping the client for a very long extended period of time.

I have personal experiences, as do many other people I keep in contact with and all of them will make your stomach turn. I plan on making a blog to expose this crooked business and to further help the clients get the real help they deserve with love and compassion.
