We apologize for the inconvenience the customer has experienced after receiving the unit back from repair ViewSonic lcd monitors carry a year warranty from original purchase date If the customer is still having issues with the unit we will gladly replace it at no cost We will need for the customer to send in the unit to our facility under new RMA# [redacted] We will also provide a Fedex prepaid shipping label so that she may use to send the defective unit at no cost The label will be emailed directly to her at the email address on file Once the unit is received at our facility we will ship out a replacement unit The replacement unit will be covered by the balance of the time remaining on the customer's original limited warranty

I purchased a monitor from this companyIt worked for a while but the screened then developed major flaws (colored pattern swatches) during the warranty periodWhen I contacted C.Sthey had me send a picture of the screen and proceeded to tell me it was "physical damage" and therefore not coveredTotal BSIF there was physical damage (which I very much doubt.) it occurred before they sent it to me and just took a while to show up I did not so much as bump it when I turned it off and the defects were there when I turned it onI am a 70+ years old bachelor who lives alone, so no one else could have damaged it This is not a good product and certainly not a reputable company

There have been emails between myself and viewsonic customer service rep Kyle L***, I explained my problem to them on August 27th of 2018, and it is now November 17th and they have yet to resolve the issueWhat I have asked for from the beginning is a RMA# to have my monitor fixed or replaced as it has a horizontal tearing issue, the team has flat refused to do this on multiple occasions ignored these requests and I have now used this monitor for months in a non working state

parts and labor and one (1) year limited lamp warranty Lamp warranty is subject to terms and

and we briefly explained the warranty terms for all projector models and the
reason why the lamp on his projector was not replaced when it was sent in for
service was because it was coming up past the 1st year of warranty
based on the serial# of his projector We

agent did not identify the lamp to be the main issue thus resulting in having
to send the unit in for further inspectionWe understand that if our customer
service agent had suggested to try a new lamp then perhaps Mr*** would
not had to have sent his unit in and spent $on the shipping fee Our customer service agent answered the
service call to the best of his ability in order to assist with the issue at
hand We have communicated to Mr
*** that we are willing to offer him a $discount towards the
purchase of a new lamp directly through our webstore and in addition we will
waive the shipping costs of the new lamp.
Once we receive the online order, we will adjust the price to reflect
the $discount and waive the shipping fee

We recently purchased Viewsonic “Thin Clients” to replace all of the computers in our office network When they where received the Firmware was out of date and inoperable The short version of this story is that we were unable to get any help from Customer Service or Technical Support for over a week We called every few hours for days and the response was always the same We will have someone contact you within the hour or by the end of the day, even when we got sent to another representative they didn’t answer or the mail box was full or not set up The only call back we ever received was just to tell us we will call you back later Our IT team stayed at the office patiently waiting on “call backs” or “return emails” that could help from am until pm at night, for days straight waiting on Viewsonic to no avail Furthermore, every single person we were able to contact spoke such poor English that it was almost impossible to understand over the phone and seemed purposely

ViewSonic reached out to [redacted] to address and acknowledge the root of his concerns.  [redacted] purchased three thin client models SC-T35_BK_US_0 on December 14, 2016 directly from ViewSonic.  Since the time of purchase customer explained he has been unable to...

get the products to work for his environment.   He had initially communicated this to our customer service department on January 27, 2016 who then followed standard protocol and escalated the issue internally to our technical support team.  Our standard process of communication for escalated cases is typically responded to within 24-48 business hours during normal business days.  One of our technical support engineers took command of the case and contacted [redacted] on January 30, 2017 to inquire about the current version of firmware installed on the SC-T35_BK_US_0 models and also advised him to download the latest firmware version available for such model.  The communication between [redacted] and our technical support engineer continued for a few days in an effort to get the units to work for the type of environment used by [redacted].  After several attempts from both our technical team and outside sources from [redacted], it was concluded that the SC-T35_BK_US_0 models do not work for the type of use they were purchased for.  The SC-T35_BK_US_0 models were not found to have any type manufacture defect.  ViewSonic has agreed to reimburse [redacted] for the purchase of the three SC-T35_BK_US_0 models under credit rma number [redacted].  As a courtesy, ViewSonic has offered to cover the cost of shipping for the three units by providing a Fedex prepaid return label for each item, such labels will be emailed directly to the customer to the email address on file.  Upon receipt of the items under the credit rma [redacted] the refund process will take place.
