I am a retailer and I am disgusted with the custumer serviceNo body knows what they are talking aboutI ordered four chairsTwo came right , two came wrong
They resent two chair, again wrong colorYou cannot get anyone on the phone, they put you on old foreverDisorganized and no custumer service
It took me three weeks for them to find an order I sent
This company has waisted my precious time and got my clients upset
Vig Furniture is a sharade!

We are a retail supplier and have ordered twice from VIGOne order was a bed, the metal bed frame broke and we have been trying to get that resolved since OctoberThey never answer emails, I have called multiple times and get no resolution, just they are waiting on claimsLast week I asked for $credit to buy a new bed frame from another source to replace the broken oneThis was agreed and someone was to call me for CC info to give the creditThis never happened, I called again today and was told they are waiting on this to be approved by managementWe deal with dozens of vendors and this is by far the worstQuality of product is bad and customer service is worse
I ordered a bed from VIGThe boxes arrived damaged , but luckily only the headboard was bad enough that it needed to be replacedIt has taken months to get my replacement piece from VIGThey refused to send a replacement piece off of their existing stock and made me wait for one to arrive from ChinaIn addition, they made me pay the $shipping fee to have the replacement piece delivered even though the damage was their faultAbsolutely terrible company to deal withDO NOT buy from them
I have called everyday for the past two weeks and all they do it put you on old, have strong nasty attitudes and are rude. They have parts that are missing from my bed that was ordered from them, they did not ship them... they are sitting there "ready" to ship, but no one will ship them to me. I do not know what to do, I can't return the bed, I can't put together the bed. I even emailed them 2 FedEx shipping labels and am willing to pay for the shipping of the parts they forgot to send, but they won't even slap the label on the box. Being frustrated is an understatement.
