I have called everyday for the past two weeks and all they do it put you on old, have strong nasty attitudes and are rude They have parts that are missing from my bed that was ordered from them, they did not ship themthey are sitting there "ready" to ship, but no one will ship them to me I do not know what to do, I can't return the bed, I can't put together the bed I even emailed them FedEx shipping labels and am willing to pay for the shipping of the parts they forgot to send, but they won't even slap the label on the box Being frustrated is an understatement
