*** ** *** To Whom it may concern, I have received your letter about the complaint sent to the Revdex.com, and I am providing some photographs of text message conversations with the client as well as proof of the payment being made back to the client to complete the refund process. The client has made some claims, that hopefully will be cleared up by the provided messages, such as the cancellation policy was in fact noted the day of when the client cancelled multiple times, the last time being just shortly before the scheduled appointment with meDue to the delay in getting the client her refund, I am refunding and therefore not charging her my cancellation fee, also refunding her the credit card processing fee, along with the portion she paid for training and did not useWhile I do normally collect these fees, I am willing to work with the client and return to her the money for the unused training sessions and feesI had been in contact with her back and forth in messages and on the phone in the past, and hope this will clear up her concernsI pride myself on running a reputable business and handling my clients professionally and fairlyI have years of training experience and years in business in New Mexico without previous complaints, so I look forward to clearing up this situation and moving forward amicably. Better Business i received the one refund check and it’s made out to [redacted] That’s not my name and I can’t cash it. I’m mailing it back today as requested by vigilant K9. Vigilant k9 states once she receives it back she will send the check to me [redacted]. Also, prior to cancelling an appointment, she did not explain any cancellation processes to me. The texts provided show nothing. I’d like my refund sent to [redacted]. I hope no one else has to deal with vigilant K9 again because she is very unprofessional and does not communicate policies or even communicate well at all ( which is the reason I wanted my refund from the start)
