I purchased a faucet 12/17. Couldn't find the receipt but had registered the product. They refused to honor the five year warranty without the receipt even with a warranty registration. A fifteen dollar part could have solved this, instead they have an unhappy customer who will never buy from then again and will let as many people as possible know how they treat their customers.
