Ordered 2 products from this website. Had real shopping information with usps. After it said it was delivered but never was we looked into it and it said it was delivered to our home through their secondary app but when we followed the tracking info from usps it was delivered to Brooklyn NY! We live in North Carolina! For the past 2weeks We have now reached out to the company 8 times through email and their online contact. We have a additionally reached out to them through social mediA with no avail. Although they are posting so it’s clear they are ignoring us! I have looked into this further and we are not the only people who have had this problem. They are selling products that don’t exist, making fake posts, and creating false shipping information. This is STEALING. It’s against the law and this company should be SHUT DOWN!

I have seen tons of these types of roses at local jewelry stores, but NONE of them used this much gold. This is definitely a statement piece...

Horrible customer service, if the "company" has one. No phone, no answer no contact, they bc charge you card and never send you what you bought. Scam, big SCAM

I placed an order on 12/20/19 and until this day 1/27/20 I have not received my order. I ordered this gold dipped rose for our anniversary and when it arrived it wasn't as described. I wrote the company I wanted to return it and get a refund. They never responded to my email and their website messages. There is no phone number to contact them.

I purchased a 11.5" gold rose in a box from lovepicker. The box in which the rose came in is in very poor condition. There are scuff marks, loose threading, and the logo is already coming off. The picture actually depicts the box without a logo which is why I got this particular item. I would like a refund or exchange. I've made several attempts to contact this business in regards to my issue and have yet to receive a response.

Placed an order worth $56, sent multiple emails inquiring as to the order, and have received no response, so getting a refund is hard to do.

My boyfriend purchased a rose from their website as a gift for me, and it was delivered promptly. I returned it, as it was too expensive and personally, I thought, looked cheap. I utilized everything they requested within their refund process. I printed a copy of the order and the receipt number. I printed a copy of the refund policy, and sent it out with tracking. They have received it according to *** on January 3, 2019. And have denied all forms of communication when it comes to issuing my refund, since then. I have contacted them via email, Facebook, and Instagram to no avail. All I want is my money back. WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
