I am rejecting this response because:the event was oversold, did not accommodate the people who attended, it was more than just parking and traffic which was brutal and unorganized - it was a matter of not having food vendors to supply food for the THOUSANDS in attendance for HOURS that the event took place, for not having security to monitor the use of drugs & alcohol, in addition to fire hazard safety and by communicating, what this company means is an email response that is "copy & pasted" as an automated reply that does not address ANY of my reasons for the refundNot owning up to a sy event that was advertised, WAY oversold, food trucks not provided as advertised, portapotties that were minimal for the THOUSANDS to use, entertainment at a minimum for hours from a SPOTIFY account NOT LIVE as advertised and not following through by any means is disgusting. Why did it take so long to respond? Probably because there are MANY complaints and NONE that you will even take account for or reimburse the attendees forI'm so appalled by this and embarrassed that I was the one who looked forward to this event, yet was so disappointedFor this company not to take accountability and refund people like me that are actually speaking up, I will be sure to let EVERYONE in my circle and Facebook and on any platform I can, to have them take heed to your traits and advertised waysI will not stop until my request is fulfilled

business NEVER refunded my paymentI had to file a complaint with my credit card company and it was resolved by my bank in July - over months from the time I paid for the ticketsNot once did my bank nor I ever receive correspondence from any individual representing Vive EventsThe bank refunded my account - not the businessVive Events is most definitely the worst business I have EVER encountered.
