I understand that this is a collection agency and that their job is to collect debtsI actually had no problem acknowleding the debt I owed themWhat my complaint, rather concern, was the way the representative handled her jobShe called me weeks after I had my first childI immediatley acknowledged the debt and told her it would be impossible for me to give her the $she was demanding THAT DAYMeanwhile, my week old son was SCREAMING crying in hysterics in the backgroundNever once did she say, "Tend to your child and we can discuss this later"I would have discussed it in an hour I just wanted to calm my week old sonHowever, she was relentless and telling me to start calling my parents and friends ans ask them for the moneyShe refused to end the phone callI actually began to cry because my poor son was turning bright red and shakingShe kept telling me she would continue with collections and legal action if I did not get her money or an agreement of pay right awayIt is one thing to do your job, but have some considerationI made a mistake and did not pay my billIt wasn't a store credit card eithierI needed emergency dental work done and that was what the credit card was used forI admit I was wrongHowever, to torture an innocent baby is just wrongThis woman should have ended the conversation until a later date or even a later HOURHe name is *** ***Once again, I will state I understand she is just doing her job, but have a little sympathy for a childI know the conversations are recorded so if the tape is listened to, you will clearly hear my infanct SCREAMING in the backgroud and me crying as wellThis type of service should not be allowedI hope Ms*** learns how to deal with people and understand certain situations deserve a little more tact

On July 26th at 1:pm from a representative from this company named "Julie O***" She was calling me in regards to an overdue bill that I owed for *** ***I explained to MsO*** that I recently had surgery two weeks ago and that I was unemployed and in recovery for 6-weeksI also explained to MsO*** that I would be able to make a payment of $to her company at the end of AugustAt that time, MsO*** informed me that she would not accept my payment and began to question me about my husbandHer exact statement was isn't your husband AM and don't you work in education? At that time I became a little unnerved and explained to her that I felt uncomfortable about her bringing my husband and my former career into the conversationShe then explained to me that she had access to all of my information and that she could contact my husband about my debt if she needed to I then told her that if I am unemployed, then my husband was the sole provider for our familyI again e

What my complaint, rather concern, was the way the representative handled her job. She called me 8 weeks after I had my first child. I immediatley acknowledged the debt and told her it would be impossible for me to give her the $1800.00 she was demanding THAT DAY. Meanwhile, my 8 week old son was SCREAMING crying in hysterics in the background. Never once did she say, "Tend to your child and we can discuss this later". I would have discussed it in an hour I just wanted to calm my 8 week old son. However, she was relentless and telling me to start calling my parents and friends ans ask them for the money. She refused to end the phone call. I actually began to cry because my poor son was turning bright red and shaking.
